1. Your School Gets a Dedicated Ticket Link
We'll create a unique online ticketing page for your circus fundraiser, making it easy for families, friends, and community members to purchase tickets. Your school can share the link through newsletters, social media, emails, school websites, and parent groups.
2. Spread the Word!
The more tickets sold, the more money your school raises! We encourage schools to promote their circus night through: School newsletters and parent emails PTO/PTA social media pagesFlyers sent home with students, School websites and event calendarsCommunity Facebook groupsWord of mouth from students and familiesWe can provide promotional materials to help your school advertise the event.
3. Families Purchase Their Tickets Online
Guests can purchase tickets directly through the event's ticketing page. Online ticket sales make it easy to track purchases, estimate attendance, and plan for a successful event.
4. Your School Receives 60% of Ticket Sales
!After the event, ticket revenue is calculated and distributed according to our agreed-upon fundraising arrangement.Your school receives 60%, and The Big Top Project receives 40%.
